Lhouette returns to the intersection of urban pop and contemporary assemblage, creating a series that investigates misplacement both as a personal condition and a physical design principle. The series focuses on the beauty of difference, the B side….the alternative.

Built from staggered reclaimed timber panels, the surface of each edition piece appears slightly disjointed a deliberate fragmentation that mirrors the artist’s lens. Vintage book pages form the underlayer, their yellowed textures and ambiguous messaging peeking through the overlays of stencilled aerosol portraiture and hand-applied collage print, taking from his original paintings.

The result is a body of work that feels at once nostalgic and contemporary, refined and raw. The multi-dimensional construction and hand-finished aspects challenge the traditional notion of print editions; these are physical objects as much as images.

Every piece is completed with a UV-protective satin varnish, ensuring both preservation and a subtle depth of finish, corner edges capped with steel protective corners.  Available in three formats the Boutique Edition and the Deluxe Edition, and Grande- Industrial Edition each work is hand-crafted and authenticated in the artist’s studio, complete with studio stamp and certificate of authenticity.
